2、903例，总检出率27．54，女性检出率明显高于男性(30．05％VS23．81)，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；各年龄组检出率有明显差异，不同年龄组检出率在同一性别、同一职业人群中比较，差异均有统计学意义(P
