1、重庆医学2014年7月第43卷第21期2707论著·临床研究d0i：lO．3969／j．issn．1671—8348．2014．21．007低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效分析李婷婷(重庆市急救医疗中心老年病科400014)摘要：目的探讨低分子肝素钙对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效以及用药安全性。方法将该院于2012年2月至2013年1月收治的64例UAP住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例。对照组采用阿司匹林等药物常规治疗，治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙。对比两组患者治疗前、后心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间、心电图(

2、ECG)的改善及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间均有显著性减少，ECG表现均有所改善，且治疗组的临床改善情况及ECG表现均优于对照组(P<0．05)。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93．8(30／32)和84．4(27／32)，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论应用低分子肝素钙对UAP进行治疗，可以有效控制UAP的发作频率和持续时间，临床效果显著，不良反应少，值得临床广泛推广。关键词：·心绞痛，不稳定型；低分子肝素钙；临床疗效中图分类号：R541．4文献标识码：A文章编号：1671—8348
