2、组(完全反应+有效)，以正常健康者为对照组。流式细胞仪检测各组MoDC活化前吸收葡聚糖(dextran)抗原能力(MFI)，流式细胞仪检测各组MoDC活化后细胞表面CD80、CD86的表达率以确定DC分化、成熟能力，ELISA法检测各组MoDC活化培养上清的IL-6、IL．12的含量。结果：难治组、初治组MFI明显高于对照组及有效组，难治组、初治组的CD86、CD80表达均明显高于对照组及有效组，难治组、初治组的IL-6、IL一12均明显高于对照组及有效组，有效组的IL-6、IL一12均明显高于对照组。结论：ITP患者未活化MoDC吸收抗原能力增强，活化后分化成熟度较高，这些可能
