2、ularPolysaccharide,EPS)合成的影响,利用HPLc测定两组天麻醇提液中天麻素的含量。结果显示,两组天麻醇提液的添加体积浓度在
3、4%时均能显著促进灰树花菌体的生长和胞外多糖(EPS)的产量(P<()05),然而试验组2的天麻醇提液对灰树花细胞生长和胞外多糖的促进作用优于试验组1。天麻素含量的测定显示,试验组2的天麻醇提液中的天麻素含量是试验组1的1.33倍。研究表明,不同加工条件的天麻,所制得的天麻醇提液对灰树花菌体生长和胞外多糖的影响效果差异显著,说明天麻制品的制作方法不同,将得到不同的使用效果。一关键词天麻;灰树花;天麻素;EPSPreparationofTwogroupsofGastrodiaeBL.ExtractsandTh
