1、2013年4月中成药April2013第35卷第4期ChineseTraditionalPatentMedicineVol_35No．4[质量]HPLC．DAD法同时测定JL~I$热咳喘口服液中9个成分俞永梅，牟娜，张平(上海市松江食品药品检验所，上海201600)摘要：目的建立HPLC—DAD法同时测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液(麻黄、甘草、金银花、连翘、黄芩、苦杏仁等)中9个成分(盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、绿原酸、连翘酯苷B、甘草苷、木犀草苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、甘草酸)。方法采用HPLC—DAD方法，ZORBAXSB—C】8色谱柱(4．6mmx250m

2、m，5Ixrn)；流动相为乙腈(A)-0．1％磷酸溶液(B)梯度洗脱，体积流量0．8mL／min，柱温为35℃，检测波长为210nm(盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、连翘酯苷B、甘草苷、连翘苷)，253nm(甘草酸)，278nm(黄芩苷)，327nm(绿原酸)，350nm(木犀草苷)。结果9个成分的峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好，加样回收率为95．6％一99．6％。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏，重复性好，可用于小儿肺热咳喘口服液中多种指标性成分的质量控制。关键词：d,JL肺热咳喘口服液；盐酸麻黄碱；盐酸伪麻黄碱；连翘酯苷B；甘草苷；木犀草苷；黄芩苷；连翘
