1、2013年4月中成药April2013第35卷第4期ChineseTraditionalPatentMedicineVol_35No.4[质量]HPLC.DAD法同时测定JL~I$热咳喘口服液中9个成分俞永梅,牟娜,张平(上海市松江食品药品检验所,上海201600)摘要:目的建立HPLC—DAD法同时测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液(麻黄、甘草、金银花、连翘、黄芩、苦杏仁等)中9个成分(盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、绿原酸、连翘酯苷B、甘草苷、木犀草苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、甘草酸)。方法采用HPLC—DAD方法,ZORBAXSB—C】8色谱柱(4.6mmx250m
2、m,5Ixrn);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)梯度洗脱,体积流量0.8mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为210nm(盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、连翘酯苷B、甘草苷、连翘苷),253nm(甘草酸),278nm(黄芩苷),327nm(绿原酸),350nm(木犀草苷)。结果9个成分的峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好,加样回收率为95.6%一99.6%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,重复性好,可用于小儿肺热咳喘口服液中多种指标性成分的质量控制。关键词:d,JL肺热咳喘口服液;盐酸麻黄碱;盐酸伪麻黄碱;连翘酯苷B;甘草苷;木犀草苷;黄芩苷;连翘
