1、5.2地上标准层模板施工5.2.1地上标准层剪力墙、柱模板施工(1)模板选型:剪力墙模板采用北京奥宇86拼装式全钢大模板体系;每块拼装式模板由几块标准单元板组成,最大的单元板宽度1800m。为保证大模板的刚度,模板面板采用6mm武钢原平板,主肋采用8#槽钢,大背楞采用成对10#槽钢,并纵向设置四道。内、外墙模板纵向相应设置四排ф32mm穿墙螺栓,横向间距不大于1200mm,纵向间距从下至上依次为600mm、800mm、900mm。大模板靠支腿支撑调节,通过支腿丝杠调整大模板的垂直度。丁字墙部位模板连接板通长,以加强此部位的整体性和模板强度。角模
2、有阴角模、阳角模及异型角模,阴角模与大模板之间留有2mm的间隙,并且阴角模比大模板高出10~15cm,上端设有防翘管,以利于阴角模的顺利拆除和拆除时阴角模不易变形。阴角模与大模板之间通过专用连接螺栓和四道阴角压槽有效控制了错台、扭转等现象,保证砼浇筑后墙体平整、顺直。大模板与阳角模之间不留间隙。边框之间采用专用连接器和螺栓进行连接,且设置两道直角背楞有效的保证了阳角棱角顺直光滑。大模板面板、主肋、大背楞、对拉螺栓等均采用Q235-A钢材。(2)墙体模板配置高度:2.9m,内外墙模板高度一致,浇筑顶板时配置吊绑模,吊绑模高度200mm。配置数量:
