2、,andtherelationshipbetweenthegeopoliticsintheArcticregionandChina’Sstrategyhasgraduallybecomeanimpor-tanttopicintheagendaofChina’SArcticresearch．ThisarticleanalyzesthestrategicinfluencesofthenewchangesofstrategicenvironmentintheArcticupontheworldandChinafromthreelevelsofth

3、eworldoceantransportation，theregionaleconomicinteractionandgeostrategicrelationship．Themainconclusionsofthisresearchare：(1)TheopeningoftheArcticsearouteswillchangethepatternsoftheworldoceantransportationinacertaindegree．OncetheArcticpassagesopenedcompletely,thenewshippingr
