1、3638重庆医学2013年10月第42卷第3O期·临床研究·UPASS一Ⅱ经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折王剑岚，杨渝勇，彭亦良(武警重庆总队医院骨科400061)摘要：目的观察uPASⅡ脊柱微创系统经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法2011年5月至2012年12月，应用UPASS-1I脊柱微创系统经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗26例没有神经损害的胸腰椎骨折患者(观察组)，并与同期收治的另外26例采用传统开放切口椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者(对照组)进行比较。结果所有患者均随访半年以上，平均9．2个月。虽然两组患者的CobbS

2、角、椎体前缘高度、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、日本骨科学会下腰痛评分(JOA)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)等术后均有显著改善(P<0．01)，但是观察组的手术时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0．05)，而且观察组的手术出血量和术后伤口引流量也明显少于对照组(P％0．01)。结论本研究显示UPASS-1脊柱微创系统经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折，能够快速缓解疼痛，早期稳定受伤脊柱，却不牺牲任何脊柱的运动节段。关键词：麻醉药，局部；骨折固定术，内；椎弓根螺钉；胸腰椎骨折；经皮doi：10．3969／j．issn．1671-8348
