2、后观察患者下腹痛、白带、包块大小等的变化进行评价。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．33％，对照组总有效率83．33％，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：中药热奄包配合抗生素静点治疗盆腔炎性包块可明显缩小盆腔包块，改善患者下腹疼痛、月经失调等症状，具有疗效确切、操作简便、无毒副作用、患者易于接受等优点，值得在临床上推广使用。关键词：热奄包；盆腔炎性包块；湿热瘀阻型；外敷中图分类号：R711．23文献标识码：A文章编号：1000—3649(2014)07—0133—03ClinicalObservationof
