1、世界中医药2013年l2月第8卷第12期·1425·中药制剂艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌胸水的疗效观察刘晨旭潘龙毅周斌(1西安市中心医院胸外科，西安，710003；2西安交通大学第二附属医院胸外科，西安，710003)摘要目的：探讨顺铂化疗联合中药制剂艾迪注射液治疗肺癌胸水的疗效。方法：将ll2例肺癌胸腔积水患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组均为56例。对照组每周胸腔内注入顺铂25me,／m，治疗组在对照组基础上每周胸腔内注入中药制剂艾迪注射液70mL，治疗4周后，观察和比较两组的临床疗效，T细胞亚群水平变化，不良反应和KPS质量评

2、分。结果：治疗组总有效率达到67．86％，显著高于对照组46．42％(P0．05)，且显著高于对照组水平(P<0．05)；治疗组治疗后KPS平均评分为(73．90-4-6．46)分，显著高于对照组(67．25±6．52)分和治疗前水(P<0．05)；总不良反应率为33．93％，显著低于对照组66．07％(P<0．05)。结论：中药制荆艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌胸腔积水，能显著改善患者免疫功能，提高患者治疗后生活质量，且不良反应轻，综合疗效优
