1、2017年10月农业机械学报第48卷第10期doi:10.6041/j.issn.10001298.2017.10.038疫苗毒株胚蛋成活性检测方法研究1,21黄超刘衍聪(1.中国石油大学(华东)机电工程学院,青岛266580;2.滨州学院电气工程学院,滨州256600)摘要:针对人工光照法在生物疫苗毒株(胚蛋)成活性检测中,存在劳动强度大、效率低、准确性差的缺点,提出了一种仿生胚蛋成活性图像无损检测方法。针对以往研究中胚蛋图像上下灰度不一、胚蛋蛋壳质量不一等因素影响胚蛋血脉提取的问题,提出了一种基于最小类内指数方差的自适应阈值图像处理方
2、法。通过对去噪后的胚蛋图像进行图像边缘检测及数学形态学处理,准确构建了成活胚蛋主血脉二值形态,通过计算胚蛋内主血脉二值面积百分比判定胚蛋成活性。对胚蛋图像进行识别实验,结果表明,该系统识别一枚胚蛋用时0093s,胚蛋活性判定准确率为100%,可满足灭活疫苗、冻干疫苗生产的活性准确率要求。关键词:疫苗毒株;成活性检测;图像分割;自适应阈值中图分类号:TP3914文献标识码:A文章编号:10001298(2017)10030007ExperimentonDetectionMethodofVaccineStrainActivity1,2
