1、难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血给予三联疗法的临床研究金颖（云南省大理市第一人民医院妇产科云南大理671000）【摘要】目的：分析讨论难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血给予三联疗法治疗的临床效果，以期为临床选择提供指导性依据。方法：现选取笔者所在医院产科接收并治疗的难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血患者92例，参照随机数字表法将患者划分为对照组与实验组，例数均为46。胎儿娩出后对照组仅采取宫腔纱布填塞法治疗，实验组则采取三联疗法治疗，术毕评估比较两组患者的临床疗效、产后出血情况以及相关并发症发牛情况等的差异。结果：实验组患者的临床总有效率为95.7%,相较于对照组的73.9%

2、显著更高（PV0.05）；实验组产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量以及平均出血量较对照组均显著更少（PV0.05）；两组均未见死亡病例，其他相关并发症的发牛率实验组为4.3%,对照组为23.9%,实验组患者的并发症发牛率显著更低（P<0.05）。结论：难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血予以三联疗法治疗止血效果理想，相关并发症少，总体疗效确切，对改善患者预后意义重大，建议临床重视与推广。【关键词】难治性；宫缩乏力；产后出血；三联疗法【中图分类号】R453【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）18-0237-02Clinicalstudyofr
