1、金银花小鼠血清移行成分指纹图谱探究【摘要】目的以小鼠为研究对象,进行金银花血清药物化学成分研究。方法以正常健康小鼠为研究对象,以高效液相色谱法测定血清药物化学成分图谱。结果血清药物化学成分图谱与金银花药材对照图谱比较,绿原酸经口服后吸收迅速,代谢较快,血药浓度2h后就下降到不足30min的20%;6,7号峰成分吸收入血后,代谢较慢,血药浓度维持时间长;9号峰成分吸收入血较慢,代谢也较慢,2h后血药浓度不下降,反而有所上升;S峰(绿原酸峰),5,9,10,17,18,19号等在金银花药材中含量较高的峰,吸收入血的比例相对较低,而6,7号峰的吸收入血的比例相对较髙。结论该文首
