2、妊娠中期血清铁蛋白水平在正常的孕妇妊娠中期贫血发生率为7．08％，低于正常的孕妇妊娠中期贫血发生率为14．01％，两者比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)；妊娠中期血清铁蛋白水平正常的孕妇妊娠晚期贫血发生率为6．32％，低于正常的孕妇妊娠晚期贫血发生率为20．27％，两者比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论妊娠中期血清铁蛋白水平低的孕妇在妊娠中、晚期发生贫血的几率显著高于血清铁蛋白正常组，血清铁蛋白水平与妊娠期贫血发生存在较强的相关性，尤其于妊娠晚期更明显。对于孕期监测血清铁蛋白水平低的孕妇应给
