4、becomethenewtrendofinformatization．Onthisnewtrend，residentsareabletoaccessInternetinformationanytimeanywhere；andthuspromotethepenetrationofICTsintoalmosteveryaspectofpeople’Sdailylife．WiththedevelopmentandapplicatonofLAD，LBSandotherrelatedtechnologies，residents’act
