2、了最大，分别为1．747kg／d和140．17cm。高剂量组牛肉蛋白质含量达到最大值22．30％，极显著高于其他两组牛(P<0．01)；而脂肪和灰分含量，高剂量组牛达到最小值，分别为1．81％和0．81％。高剂量组单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0．05)，多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)中，亚油酸(C18：2)n-6在高剂量组中的含量极显著高于对照组(P
