1、·临床研究·中国当代医药2014年6月第21卷第l8期腰椎后路非对称固定经椎问孔椎体问融合的基础及临床研究赵玉明唐晶戴勇张春城赵爱兵江苏省泰兴市第三人民医院骨科，江苏泰兴225400【摘要】目的探讨腰椎后路非对称固定经椎间孔椎体间融合的基础及临床应用效果。方法按照自由选择方式将48例腰椎退行性病变患者分为单侧组(23例)及双侧组(25例)。单侧组给予单侧椎弓根螺钉经椎间孔椎体间融合手术治疗，双侧组给予双侧椎弓根螺钉经椎间孔椎体间融合手术治疗。比较两组的手术情况、治疗效果、预后情况。结果单侧组的手术时

2、间显著短于双侧组，术中出血量显著少于双侧组，治疗费用显著低于双侧组(P<0．05)。两组治疗后的VAS评分、Oswestry评价情况均较治疗前显著改善(P<0．05)，两组治疗后的上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，两组的并发症发生率、融合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论腰椎后路非对称固定经椎间孔椎体间融合治疗腰椎退行性病变可获得满意的效果及预后，有效缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，减轻患者的经济负担。【关键词】非对称固定；经椎闻孔椎体间融合；疗效【中图分类号1R681．5+7【文献
