2、院接受体检的健康者纳入研究的对照组，检测血清白细胞介素一4(IL一4)、白细胞介素-5(IL一5)、白细胞介素一17(IL一17)、白细胞介素一33(IL一33)含量以及气道功能指标，并进行临床症状评分。结果：(1)观察组的IL一4、IL一5、IL一17、IL一33水平高于对照组；(2)观察组的最大呼气流速(PEF)、一秒率(FEV1／FVC)均低于对照组，喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分均高于对照组；(3)血清IL一4、IL一5、IL一17、IL-33水平与PEF、FEV1／FVC呈负相关，与喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分呈正相关。结论：血清白细胞介素含量且具有检测方便、客观性强的优势，能够便捷、准确
