1、2014年9月5日第23卷第17期中l茄-临床医药·Vo1．23，No．17，September5，2014ChinaPharmaceuc口Clln／ca／Medicine舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉行纤维结肠镜检查51例王家春(重庆市万盛经开区人民医院，重庆400800)摘要：目的探讨舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉行无痛纤维结肠镜检查的临床麻醉效果及安全性。方法选取100例美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I一Ⅱ级的患者，其中自愿行无痛纤维结肠镜检查的患者51例为A组；因经济或对麻醉恐惧而要求行传统纤维结肠镜检查的患者49例为B

2、组。结果A组接受检查的患者均能安静入睡，不适反应没有或很少，检查结束后感觉舒适，无痛苦记忆，全部愿意接受必要的复查；B组患者多有腹部胀痛、肛门坠胀、躁动及呻吟等不适反应，59．18％以上的受检者感觉明显不适或痛苦难以忍受，不愿接受传统纤维结肠镜的复查。结论适宜剂量的舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉下行无痛纤维结肠镜检查，可使患者更加舒适，更能被广泛接受。但麻醉过程应由专业的麻醉医生操作麻醉并严密观察，保持呼吸循环稳定，以确保安全。关键词：纤雏结肠镜；舒芬太尼；丙泊酚；静脉麻醉中图分类号：11969．4；1071．2文献标识码：
