2、情况进行评价。结果观察组手术时间((85．7±9．4)min)、术中出血量((187．6士29．7)mL)、术后引流量((60．5±6．4)mL)和住院时间((10．3士2．1)d)与对照组((103．14-1I．2)rain、(250．3±34．2)mL、(78．1±5．9)mL、(14．5-2_-1．9)d)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；术后3个月及1a观察组Constant—Murley评分((61．3±4．7)、(67．4±3．4)分)高于对照组((52．7±3．8)、(60．8士2．9)分)(P<0．05)；观察组并发症发生率(11．1％)与对照组(16．7)比较差
