1、山东农业科学2014,46(6):111—115ShandongAgriculturalSciences切花红掌炭疽病和叶霉病的病原鉴定李丽,刘会香,郭先锋,孟凡志(1.山东农业大学林学院,山东泰安271018;2.山东农业大学植物保护学院,山东泰安271018)摘要:红掌炭疽病和叶霉病是危害切花红掌生产的两种重要病害。本研究通过传统形态学结合分子生物学方法对切花红掌生产中两种主要病害进行鉴定,并确定病原菌的分类地位。从感病植株上通过常规组织分离法获得病原菌株,对其进行形态学观察和致病性测定,通
2、过ITS序列分析和比对,对其进行分子鉴定。结果表明:红掌炭疽病的致病菌为Colletotrichumgloeosporioides,与GenBank中查到的登录号为KC172072.1的ITS序列同源性最高,同源性大于99%;红掌叶霉病系复合侵染,其致病菌为Cladosporiumcladosporioides和AZ-ternariaahernata,分别与GenBank中查到的登录号为KC880082.1和JX406531.1的ITS序列同源性最高,同源性分别为96%和97%。分子生物学鉴定与
