1、2014年2月第12卷第4期·论著·41芬太尼不同给药速度对诱发咳嗽反应的影响潘明谢丹苗壮。(1大连市中心医院麻醉科,辽宁大连116000;2大连医科大学附属第一医院麻醉科,辽宁大连116000)【摘要】目的观察麻醉诱导时不同给药速度输注芬太尼对诱发咳嗽反应(fentanylcoughreflx,FCR)的影响,选择最佳的给药速度。方法选择择~4-g-60例全麻患者随机分成3组:I组30S内经静脉直接注射芬太尼4p,g/kg;II组以120滴的滴速滴入芬太尼4g,kg;II组以6O滴的滴速滴入芬太尼4~tg/kg;记录患者是否发生咳嗽
