2、达情况，分析二者表达的相关性。结果BCORL1在胃癌组织中的表达显著高于对应的癌旁组织(6O．3vs．17．2，P一0．000)，而E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达显著低于对应的癌旁组织(27．6vs．63．8，P一0．000)；BCORL1及E—cadherin表达与肿瘤组织病理分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关(P<0．05)；胃癌组织中BCORL1与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(r=一0．571，P=0．002)。结论胃癌组织中BCORL1高表达与恶性临床病理参数相关，并与E-cadhe
