1、临京医学工程2014年7月第21卷第7期·925··论著·(护理研究)阴式妊娠组织清除术治疗剖官产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的临床护理李淑红(广东省龙川县妇幼保健院妇科，广东河源517300)【摘要】目的探究阴式妊娠组织清除术治疗剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的临床护理方法。方法选择2011年6月至2013年6月于我院治疗的82例患者。随机分为实验组和对照组各41例。实验组采用24小时强化护理干预的方法，对照组采用常规护理的方法。比较两组并发症的发生率和术后平均住院时间。结果实验组即采用24小时强化护理干预的患者并发症的发生率和平均住院时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(尸

7、宫疤痕妊娠是发生在子宫疤痕部位的异位妊岁，平均年龄(25．5±4．25)岁；其中18例患者为初产妇，23娠．已成为剖宫产的远期并发症之一。阴式妊娠组织清除术是例患者为经产妇。对照组41例患者，年龄21～35岁，平均年目前治疗此病较为普遍的方法。既往有剖宫产史的妇女，在日龄(26．5±3．75)岁；其中16例患者为初产妇，25例患者为常生活中应该留心注意．检查时一旦发现此现象应积极治疗，经产妇。82
