1、齐齐哈尔医学院学报2014年第35卷第16期Journalof0iqiharUniversityofMedicine．2014．Vo1．35．No．16·2381·．论著．血清同型半胱氨酸在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值张丽兴【摘要】目的探讨检测同型半胱氨酸对诊断和治疗妊娠期糖尿病的应用价值，期望为临床治疗提供参考。方法随机选取我院妇产科中被诊断为妊娠期糖尿病的患者8O例，记为观察组，并根据血糖控制情况分为A1、A2两亚组，其中A1亚组48例、A2亚组32例；随机选取同期妊娠妇女50例，记为对照组。分别检测两组受试者的血清同型半胱氨酸浓度，研究其浓度差别，同时追踪受试者的妊

2、娠结局，并进行相关性分析。结果A2亚组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸水平、不良妊娠发生率均显著高于Al亚组及对照组(P<0．05)；A1亚组患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平、不良妊娠发生率与对照组之间无显著差别(P>0．05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸水平可能与妊娠期糖尿病的严重程度及不良妊娠结局有关，因此临床上可以通过检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平来预知妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展，并及时采取合理的治疗措施来降低不良妊娠发生率，从而提高妊娠妇女及新生儿的生命质量。【关键词】血清同型半胱氨酸；妊娠期糖尿病；应用价值；不良妊娠eapplicationvalueofserumhomocysteinein
