1、探析血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白联合检测临床应用价值doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.3.62摘要目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（Hey）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）联合检测的临床应用价值。方法：收治冠心病患者165例，分为3组，急性心肌梗死（AMI）组49例,不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）组54例，稳定型心绞痛（SAP）组62例。急性脑梗死（ACI）组60例，2型糖尿病肾病患者组63例，健康对照组50例。超敏C-反应蛋白采用乳胶增强免疫比浊定量法，同型半胱氨酸采用循环酶法检测。结果：冠心病3组（165例）、急性

2、脑梗死组（60例）、2型糖尿病肾病组（63例）的血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白检测水平较健康对照组（50例）有明显升高（P0.05）oAMI组、ACI组、2型糖尿病肾病患者，同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白含量与病情严重程度呈正相关。结论：血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白检测可作为急性心肌梗死（AMI）和急性脑梗死（ACI）的危险预测因子，其水平变化与ACI、AMI的病情程度密切相关,Hey、hs-CRP联合检测更有助于ACI、AMI患者的诊断和为预后提供更好的判断指标，有助于判断2型糖尿病肾病患者病情变化。关键词同型半胱氨酸超敏C-反应蛋白冠心
