4、合输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法2010年6月至2012年6月郑州翅学第一附属医院收治的252例输尿管中下段结石患者在输尿管镜碎石术前先将F4输尿管导管插至结石上方留置，持续注水灌洗的同时进行碎石。结果本研究252例输尿管结石患者中250例成功碎石，碎石成功率为99．2％，平均手术时间25min，术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。结论旁置输尿管导管持续顺行灌洗配合榆尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石，手术视野更清晰，结石不易上移，疗效安全确切。【关键词1输尿管镜；输尿管结石；输尿管导管Clinicalefectsofcombinedureteroscopicli
