1、·820·中国肿瘤Jt$床与康复2014年7月第21卷第7期ChinJClinOneolRehabil，July2014，Vo121，No．7．·临床应用·培美曲塞和多西他赛联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果观察崔东海(安阳市肿瘤医院，安阳455000)【摘要】目的观察和比较培美曲塞和多西他赛分别联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法将2012年1月至2013年3月间收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为培美曲塞组和名西他赛组，每组3O例。培美曲塞组化疗第1天开始静脉滴注培美曲塞500mg／m，化疗第1～3天静脉滴注顺铂25mg／m。多西他赛组化疗第1天静脉滴注多西他赛75rag

2、／m，化疗第1～3天静脉滴注顺铂25mg／m。两组以3周为1个疗程，两个疗程后对临床疗效进行评价，观察两种方法的不良反应。结果培美曲塞组和多西他赛组的总缓解率分别为33．3％(10％30)和40．0％(12／30)，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。培美曲塞组的不良反应低于多西他赛组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论培美曲塞的不良反应较轻，耐受性良好，比较适合非小细胞肺癌的治疗。【关键词】癌，非小细胞肺；药物疗法；治疗结果【DOI】10．13455／j．enki．cjcor．2014．07．17【中图分类号】R734．2【文献标识码】APenetratedanddocetaxel
