1、奥沙利钳联合腹腔热灌注治疗进展期胃癌的效果观察奥沙利钳联合腹腔热灌注治疗进展期胃癌的效果观察［摘耍］目的探讨奥沙利钳联合腹腔热灌注治疗胃癌的临床应用价值，为今后的临床工作提供借鉴。方法选取2009年1月〜2013年12月本院收治的80例胃癌患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，两组患者均采用亚叶酸钙、奥沙利钳、氟尿卩密噪进行化疗，治疗组在此基础上增加腹腔热灌注化疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过2个周期的治疗，治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为72.50%和62.50%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。其中治疗组完全缓解(CR)
