1、CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的短期效果[摘要]冃的探讨CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的短期效果。方法抽取2014年9月〜2016年9月在我院接受治疗的84例高血压基底节区脑出血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组采用常规开颅血肿清除术进行治疗,治疗组采用CT定位下微创穿刺技术进彳亍治疗。比较两组患者的操作时间、意识恢复时间、住院总时间、手术总有效率、手术前后脑神经缺损程度评分改善幅度、不良反应。结果治疗组操作时间、意识恢复时间、住院总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05);治疗组手术总有效率为88.1%,高于对照组
2、的61.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(PV0.05);治疗组脑神经缺损程度评分的改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为4.8%,低于对照组的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论高血压基底节区脑出血疾病患者采用CT定位下微创穿刺技术进行治疗,能减轻手术创伤,使恢复速度加快,减少不良反应。[关键词]高血压;脑出血;基底节区;CT定位;微创;穿刺[中图分类号]R743.34[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721(2017)04(c)・0041-03[AbstractJObjectiveToinvestigatetheshor
