1、合理用药2014年2月第7卷第2期下ChinJofClinicalRationalDnlgUse．Febur&ry2014．Vo1．7No．2C·27·著·国产特利加压素治疗肝硬化肝肾综合征的疗效研究赵春明，周建红，陆敏学，薛珊，邢芳芳【摘要】目的观察国产特利加压素治疗肝硬化并发肝肾综合征(HRS一Ⅱ)的疗效。方法选取2006—2011年就诊本院HRS患者52例，分成2组，对照组27例，治疗组25例。在内科综合治疗基础上，分别使用多巴胺、速尿和特利加压素。治疗期间观察两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、尿量、肝功能以及电解质等指标变化。

2、结果治疗结束后治疗组临床症状有明显改善，尿量由治疗前(683．34-225．2)ml增加到(1654．54-404．9)m1，血尿素氮由(18．9±2．4)mmoL／1降到(18．9±2．4)mmol／L，血清肌酐由(185．2±45．7)Ixmol／L降到(138．8±38．7)~mol／L，这三项指标与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。治疗组与对照组比较，上述三项指标改变更明显，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)，治疗组无其他严重不良事件发生。结论在内科综合治疗的基础上，国产特利加压素治疗肝硬化并发肝肾综合
