3、ngaspects:a)theproposedconstructionprogramandmethodarefeasibleornot;b)thedeploymentandmatchingofconstructionequipmentandpersonnelarereasonableornot;c)therelationshipbetweentherollingpassesofroller,rollingmethodsandcompactiondensity;d)toconfirmtheloosecoefficientandloosedepthofmater

4、ialspreading;e)toverifytherangeoftolerancebetweenconstructionmixproportionanddesignedmixproportionThetrialsectionshallprovideconstructionguidanceanddatafortheoverallconstruction.2.ThedatarequiredtobecollectedduringconstructionoftrialsectionThetrialsectionmustbeundertakenunderthedir

5、ectionofEngineer.Thefollowingdetailsshouldberecorded:•thetypesofequipmentandequipmentquantity;•mixingtimeforstabilizationlayer;•rollingpassesandmethodforroller•loosepavingthickness,levelandmoisturecontentofmixturebeforecompacted;•actualthickness,level,moisturecontentanddensityofmix

6、tureaftercompacted;3.TestingitemsforthetrialroadThenaturalgravelmaterialandcementshallbetestedaspertheTechnicalSpecriflcationbeforethecommencementoftrialroad.ThemixtureandstructurallayershallbecarriedouttestsinlaboratoryaspertherequirementsofTechnicalSpecificationduringtheconstruct

7、ionprocessandafterconstructionfinished.Onlyiftheabovetestsdatareachtherequirements,thetrialroadcanbeapproved.AftergettingtheapprovalfromtheEngineer,thetestingdatawillbethebasisforouroverallconstruction,andthetrialsectioncanbeonepartoftheroad,otherwisetheContractorshallfindouttherea
