2、雏番鸭。目前,市场销售的对此病进行免疫和治疗的抗小鹅瘟血清存在产量低、成本高,且容易导致某些鹅源疫病的传播的缺点。笔者采用从贵州铜仁市等地的养鹅场采集的病鹅分离出的小鹅瘟野生强毒株接种于9日龄的鹅胚尿囊液制备了小鹅瘟病毒抗原,并用小鹅瘟病毒抗原加弗氏佐剂后,分多次皮下注射结合静脉注射小鹅瘟病毒抗原免疫贵州黑、白山羊。颈动脉一次性放血制备抗小鹅瘟异源高免血清,用琼脂扩散进行效价的测定,结果显示其抗体效价平均都在1∶8以上。将制备的血清与市售的抗小鹅瘟进行了对比试验,结果市售的抗小鹅瘟血清的保护率为85%,山羊抗小鹅瘟高免血清的保护率为9
