3、meibomianglanddysfunction(MDGS)typedryeyeintheoperatingtime,andthedifferenceofcura-tiveeffectofpalpebralconjunctivainjury.Methods:SelectioninMarch2016toDecember2016theMDGSophthalmicpatientswithdryeye,80caseswith160eyeswererandomlydividedintore-searchgroupandcon
4、trolgroup,40caseswith80eyesforeachgroup,observingthetreatmenttimeoftwogroups,thedifferenceofpalpebralconjunctivainjury,andbeforeandafter2monthstreat-mentinpatientswithdryeyesymptoms,ocularsurfacecomprehensiveanalysis(GermanyOCULUSKeratograph),theinternationalin
5、dexofocularsurfacedisease(OSDI)ofeachinspectionreport.Results:Ocularsurfacetreatmentbeforeandaftertwogroupsofsymptomsandcomprehensiveanalysiscomparisonhadnostatisticaldifference(P>0.05);Massagetimewassignificantlyreducedinstudygroup,andthedifferencewasstatistic
6、allysignificant(P<0.05);Afteramassageonpalpe-bralconjunctiva,epithelialcellinjurywassignificantlylessthancontrolgroup;thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Thestudygroupandthecontrolgroupoftraditionalhandmassagemassagemeibomianglandcaneff
