2、5代,随机分为对照组(10%FBS培养液)、模型组(4.25%PDS和10%FBS培养液)和黄芪甲苷低、中、高剂量组(含黄芪甲苷终浓度为l0、2O、40g/mL的4.25%PDS和10%FBS培养液)。采用MTT法检测细胞活性,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测细胞上清液TGF—B1、CTGF、VEGF水平。结果除5pg/mL浓度组外,HPMCs的活性均较空白组不同程度增强,以40、45、5Ogg/mL浓度组作用较显著(P<0.05):与空白组比较,模型组TGF—1、CTGF、VEGF表达增加:与模型组比较,黄芪甲苷各组TGF—B1、CTGF、VEGF表达明显
