1、2013年8月第20卷第24期·中医中药·复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏治疗小儿鼻窦炎的效果分析陆兰翠广西壮族自治区防城港市妇幼保健院。广西防城港538001[摘要】目的探讨复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏治疗小儿急慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月一2013年1月收治的160例小儿急慢性鼻窦炎患儿的临床资料，按照随机方法将160例患儿分为治疗组及对照组．每组80例．所有患儿均给予常规退热、止咳、抗病毒等对症治疗，治疗组患儿在常规对症治疗的基础上给予复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏治疗；对照组患儿仅行常规对症治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应。结果相对于常规治疗的对照组．治疗组患儿的临床
