2、颈椎牵引、推拿治疗。对照2组用颈椎牵引、推拿、体针治疗。3组均不使用药物治疗，10天为1疗程，2疗程结束后评价其综合疗效。按颈椎病分型分组，耳穴压豆及体针均采用分型辨证选穴治疗。统计学方法：使用Kruskal—Wallis法检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果：治疗组总有效率为90％；对照1组总有效率为75％；对照2组总有效率为95％。治疗组优于对照1组(P<0．005)，治疗组与对照2组无统计学差异(P>0．05)。结论：耳穴压豆综合治疗颈椎病有效，比单纯颈牵推拿效果好，与体针综合治疗效果相近。关键词耳穴压豆；体针；颈椎牵引；推拿；颈椎病CfinicalObservatio
