1、针灸临床杂志2014年第30卷第4期·15·针刺结合耳穴压豆治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍临床观察胡怡佳，黄任秀，覃中华，罗雪梅，曾懿懿(广西柳州市妇幼保健院，广西柳州545001)摘要：目的：以养心调肝为原则，观察采用针刺结合耳穴压豆治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月在我院儿童保健心理专科确诊的8O例儿童注意缺陷多动障碍患儿，采用单双日方法进行随机分组，将单日确诊并愿意接受针刺及耳穴压豆治疗的患儿分为治疗组(40例)，将双日确诊并愿意接受药物盐酸哌甲酯控释片治疗的患儿分为对照组(40例)，1个月为一疗程，治疗3个疗程后

2、，观察疗效。结果：采用西医疗效判定标准，治疗组痊愈率20％，总有效率97．5％，对照组痊愈率7．5％，总有效率85％，差异有统计学意义。采用中医疗效判定标准，治疗组治愈率42．5％，总有效率97．5％，对照组治愈率32．5％，总有效率85％，差异有统计学意义。结论：针刺结合耳穴压豆治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。关键词：针刺疗法；耳穴压豆；儿童注意缺陷多动障碍中图分类号：R246．4文献标识码：A文章编号：1005—0779(2014)004—0015—02AcupunctureCombinedwithEarBeanTreatmentforA
