2、组(n=8);分别为Sham组(假手术组)、CCI组(CCI模型组)、豆腐果苷低剂量组(H1)和豆腐果苷高剂量组(H2)。4组分别于CCI手术前1天、CCI手术后第10天灌胃给药,1次/d,连续10天测定后肢MWT和TWL。结果:CCI手术后第9天Sham组、CCI组、H1组、H2组MWT和TWL值分别与术前基础值比较,Sham组无差异(尸>0.05),caI组、H1组、H2组均有差异(尸<0.05),CCI模型制作成功。给药后第110天,n1组、H2组MWT和TWL值分别与CCI组组间比较,MWT和TWL明
