1、装与栩l:ScienceandTechnologyofFoodIndustry刀豆脱壳力学特性的实验研究李君,陆华忠。陈梓良’,胡泽涵’,吴良军’(1.华南农业大学工程学院,广东广州510642;2.华南农业大学南方农业机械与装备关键技术,教育部重点实验室,广东广州510642)摘要:利用万能试验机对刀豆的力学特性进行压缩实验。选择破壳力、破壳变形量和破壳能量为实验指标,以刀豆宽度、厚宽比、含水率、加载位置和试验机的施压速率为因素进行了混合水平正交实验和回归分析。结果表明,当沿荚果纵脊面平行压缩
2、时,破壳效果理想,为脱壳的有效加压方向。含水率对破壳力和破壳能量的影响极显著,呈非线性正相关关系,降低含水率有利于提高脱壳率和减少设备能耗。加载位置、宽度和厚宽比对破壳变形量有显著影响,破壳变形量总体上随宽度和厚宽比的增大而减小。刀豆破壳力和破壳能量的综合最优水平组合:加载位置为中部,含水率为14.6%,施压速率为20mm/min。关键词:刀豆,破壳力,破壳能量,破壳变形量ExperimentalstudyonmechanicalpropertiesofCanavaliaLIJun一,LUHua
