2、2的防效最好,达79.o0%;对其不同发酵时间的代谢液活性进行测定,发现72h代谢液的抑制效果最佳,达到40.93%BY-2代谢液能显著抑制大豆疫霉游动孢子萌发,抑制效果为39.89%~57.71%;其挥发性物质能显著抑制疫霉菌丝的生长,抑制效果为81.70%~91.94%。离体和盆栽试验结果表明,BY-2菌液处理对大豆疫病具较好的防治效果,离体叶片防效和盆栽防效分别为63_38%和75.01%。此外,用BY-2活菌液灌根大豆幼苗的鲜重、干重、根长和茎长显著增加,表明生防菌株BY-2能促进大豆植株的生长。关键词:生防细菌;大豆疫霉;生防效果;促生作用中图分类号:$435
