1、Feb2014,Vol·28,No·21CHIliJo碱BR性m病VB学IIB汆RBD芯LIlI19大豆低聚肽对中波紫外线诱导的光老化小鼠皮肤的保护作用马立文,赵宏伟,周炳荣,尹智,骆丹,吴志韵,邹士玉[摘要]目的探讨大豆低聚肽(SOP)对中波紫外线诱导的BALB/c小鼠皮肤光老化的保护作用。方法BALB/c小鼠背部皮肤剃毛后予中波紫外线照射,构建小鼠皮肤光老化模型。随机分为各给药组,行UVB照射后分别外用不同浓度的SOP。组织切片、HE染色观察皮肤结构改变情况并检测表、真皮厚度;Masson染色观察胶原纤维改变情况并测定其胶原含量;试剂盒测定皮肤组织中超氧化物
2、歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肤过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果各SOP外用组表现出不同程度的光保护效果,与模型组比较,SOP中剂量组可显著降低表皮厚度,减缓真皮胶原纤维降解,降低MDA含量,提高SOD,GSH.Px活性及HYP含量(P均<0.01)。结论SOP能有效提高小鼠抗氧化能力,对UVB所致BALB/c小鼠皮肤光老化具有保护作用。[关键词]大豆低聚肽;光老化;中波紫外线;BALB/c小鼠[中图分类号]R758.1[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1001—7089(2014)02—0119—04ProtectiveEfe
