1、显微手术治疗前循环脑动脉瘤临床疗效摘要目的：研究显微手术治疗前循环脑动脉瘤的效果。方法：选择2014年1月至2016年5月收治的40例前循环脑动脉瘤患者，随机分为对照组20例，行血管介入栓塞治疗；观察组20例，行血管显微手术治疗。比较两组患者的痊愈情况、并发症发生率、术中出血量及手术时间、术后恢复时间等。结果：观察组痊愈率为85%(17/20),对照组为50%(10/20),组间差异有统计学意义(P<；0.05)。观察组发生并发症3例，对照组为5例，组间差异无统计学意义(P>；0.05)o观察组术中出血量少于对
