2、胞株SPC—A1同时给BALB／C裸鼠(B组)皮下注射，观测肿瘤生长情况，并与单纯接种SPC—At裸鼠(A组)比较。结果EPCs能从人外周血获得，可体外扩增约100倍。接种荷瘤后，A组裸鼠平均寿命为85+9d，B组为78+8d：A组肿瘤平均体积为1．44_+0．45cm，B组为1．83_+0．32cm。A组与B组相比，裸鼠平均寿命和肿瘤体积大小差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05，P<0．01)。结论EPCs能参与肺癌组织血管形成，促进肺癌生长，使裸鼠寿命缩短。[关键词]血管内皮祖细胞；肺肿瘤；血管新生；裸鼠
