1、·380·中华保健医学杂志2010年1O月第12卷第5期ChinJHealthCareMed，October2010，Vol12，No．5应用三级康复治疗体系对脑损伤后功能恢复的影响赵永光，雄鹰，刘海滨，李年贵，郑丽芬，李冰，唐迪，李爽[摘要]目的探讨应用三级康复治疗体系对脑损伤后患者神经功能缺损程度、运动功能及日常生活能力的影响，为脑损伤后患者的康复制定最佳方案。方法94例脑损伤后偏瘫患者分为三级康复治疗组(治疗组)47例和对照组47例。治疗组患者急性期在病情稳定后即行康复治疗，恢复期到我院继续进行康复治

2、疗，维持期在社区或家庭延续康复治疗；对照组恢复期开始进行康复治疗，维持期自行在家进行锻炼。分别于入选时、第2周末、第6周末、第l0周末及第6个月末，对两组患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分、运动功能评定及日常生活能力评定。结果两组患者神经功能缺损评分、运动功能和日常生活能力的改善程度，在入选时、第2周末差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；第6周末、第l0周末及第6个月末，治疗组明显好于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(0．05)。结论三级康复治疗体系对脑损伤后患者减少神经功能缺损程度、提高运动功能恢复具有良好的促进
