1、腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果观察【摘要】目的：分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果。方法：收集2012年2月-2014年10月笔者所在医院收治的150例急性胆囊炎患者，按照不同的治疗方法，分为治疗组与对照组，各75例。治疗组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对照组行传统开腹胆囊切除术，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)o治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、下床时间和住院时间明显少于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组(P〈0・05)。治疗组患者并发症发生率明显低
