2、脑源性神经因子(BDNF)和酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)表达的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、百事乐组和氟西汀组,每组8只。除正常组外,其他组先给予21d慢性不可预见性应激造模,然后在应激前1h灌胃给药21d,其中模型组大鼠灌胃蒸馏水.氟西汀组灌胃盐酸氟西汀药液,百事乐组灌胃百事乐胶囊药液。旷场实验检测大鼠行为学变化,免疫组化检测大鼠海马BDNF和TrkB的表达。结果与模型组比较,百事乐胶囊能显著改善大鼠的水平活动和垂直活动水平(P<0.05或0O1),提高海马BDNF和TrkB的表达(P<0.O1)。结论百事乐胶囊可调节海马BD
