2、I(30kg)、NⅢ(40g／kg)、NIV(5O)组和女性上述分组，每组20例。采用单次注射法测定各组患者维库溴铵ED值，记录拇内收肌4个成串刺激(TOF)第1次反应(T．)最大抑制的百分率及起效时间，用直线回归方法建立维库溴铵的剂量一反应曲线，比较不同性别结核病患者的ED值。结果结核病患者维库溴铵ED。值男性为42．0kg，女性为39．9kg；非结核病患者维库溴铵ED95值男性为40．6p,g／kg，女性为40．0。TⅡ组男性T1最大抑制率较女性及N1I组男性低(P<0．05)，TⅢ组男性T最大抑制率较女性低(P
