2、4.6Ilun,5“m),流动相为水一甲醇(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为220nlTl,进样量为20l。采用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统、峰重叠率计算、系统聚类分析等方法对其进行全面评价。结果:1O批不同产地白术醇提物共检出10个共有指纹峰,并标定出其中白术内酯Ⅲ、白术内酯I、苍术酮3个主要成分。各产地白术醇提物指纹峰重叠率>96%,相似度>90%。结论:该方法从化学成分种类以及特征峰强度两个方面评价了不同产地白术的相似度,能够为白术以及其他中药材质量评价提供研究基础。关键词白术;指纹图谱;相似度评价;聚
